Terms and Conditions for Your Stay at Chicago Avenue Inn:
1. Booking and Payment
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and approved third-party payment processors.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. House Rules
- No smoking is allowed inside the property.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Parties and events are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Occupancy
- The property is to be occupied only by the number of guests as specified in the booking confirmation.
- Additional guests are not allowed without prior consent and may incur additional charges.
6. Damages and Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
- The property manager should be informed immediately of any maintenance issues or necessary repairs.
- Guests shall not undertake any repairs or maintenance without prior approval.
8. Liability
- Chicago Avenue Inn is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities.
- The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
9. Use of Property
- The property is to be used for short term lodging purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss.
- Guests shall not use the property for any illegal activity.
10. Access
- The property manager reserves the right to enter the property at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, repair, or maintenance.
11. Termination
- Violation of any of these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction from the property without refund.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
13. Video Surveillance
The exterior premises are under 24 hour video monitoring, surveillance, and recording.
14. Please note that guests booking with Illinois and Chicago I.D.'s with 606 zip codes are not permitted at this property.
